Coming Home - photo14

This series of northern gannets was shown at the photo14 exhibition in Zurich Switzerland in January of 2014.

I spent three days in Québec on the ile Bonaventure photographing northern gannets. I think I may have seen enough gannets to last me a few years, but it was quite an experience. I particularly like this long exposure which shows the mayhem in the colony:
